I didn't experience much joint pain until AFTER I switched to the pose method. I've been plugging away at it for a few months now. It feels easier to run and I feel like my form is right for the most part, but I just can't quite get my left hip to stop hurting when I'm running and afterwards. I've reviewed my videos, but can't find the answer there. I think it is my falling.
I keep doing the drills and they seem to help, but I'm not quite there yet. I have a half-marathon in just under 2 weeks and I'm a little nervous about it.
Any suggestions? Thank you so much for your help!

Without seeing your video it's hard to say what the problem is, but typically, hip pain is an indicator of actively using your hip flexors to lift your knee instead of pulling your foot up with the hamstring. Old habits die hard. It is easy to do drills the wrong way and reinforce the wrong movement. Post your video, let me see what's going on.
