I know understand the concept of the falling angle. Can you do an analysis of the accerstion phase. I am just not sure what the running pose should look like in this phase. Do you look at the cog and not the alignment of the shoulders hips and foot ?

Sorry for the misspelling I was on my phone, but what I am asking is what the running pose should look like in the acceleration phase as the upper body is in a more aggressive leaning position. Basically as the sprinter comes out of the blocks before they get upright. Thank you.
Pose start teaches pulling the hands from the ground first and then immediately pulling the back foot out of the starting block towards the buttocks. That action determines your body pose leaving the blocks. From there on the mission is to sustain your balance and speed.
