Can you share the source of the wooden step-up box in your strength-training videos?
The aerobic steppers sold in stores typically have a maximum height of 8", but your assessment video talks about heights of 1', 2', etc.
I found an online seller (Rogue) of a series of wooden "jerk" blocks for weightlifters, but those are high-priced and do not seem to be for stepping.
Can you refer me to carpentry blueprints or a construction tutorial so that I may build my own? Or, can you refer me to a seller of plastic or wooden step-up boxes that would be suitable for these strength-training exercises?
Thanks in advance!
UPDATE:
Never mind! I found several instructional videos at this YouTube search-results page:
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+build+a+step+up+box
Glad you found the instructional vids! We don't produce the woodworking instructions/tutorials on how to make the step boxes.
The height is more or less individual - the taller ones are for those who can manage, so it is absolutely ok to start with a shorter one and gradually go up to whatever is the comfortable height for you! Let us know if you have any other questions!
