Found the answer: repeat as many as possible. If we can easily perform more than 20 reps, raise the height or add more weights until it's challengeable.
Hi Amos! Apologies for not replying sooner - yes, correct. The standard is 12-20 max and usually 12-15 reps. Aim for the "burning" feeling. When you start feeling that muscle "burn", add 2-3 reps on top and you're good. Take a short break, repeat.
