Is there an issue with the web-site right now?

When I press play" on any video, nothing happens. It suggests to refresh a page.
I tried to refresh the page,
tried different browsers.
I got a message: "This video could not load or timed out. Try refreshing the page and playing again."
Hi! So sorry to read that you're having difficulty viewing the vids. I just tried it myself and had no problem with any of the links you provided. My desktop is not the production desktop so I'm viewing just like you would.
One of the ways I also check if something is working or not is by viewing the page/video on my phone (disconnect the wi-fi)
And if you're viewing on desktop please try clearing your browser cache.
