So I got the book then signed up on the site to use the marathon training program and use the vidos for drills, etc.
In the book, it walks through the 10 lessons, then 9 weeks of drills, then suggests a 16 week program to build up to marathon day. The program on the website is 12 weeks instead of 16, which is better for me as I don't have that much time.
The running circuit in the book, however, only suggests running for up to 30 minutes with drills worked in wheras the online marathon program is similar, but only with longer spurts of running. I've already been running up to 15 miles in my marathon training and I started this program to gain the benefits. However, as I approach the end of going through the 10 lessons, I'm curious if I should do the 9 week running circuit and then the marathon program, or if I can just start the marathon program.
*note: I've also been running a bit after each lesson to try to keep and build up my endurance as I work the lessons.
